We build tension during our yoga practice so that we can learn how to deal with tension in our daily lives. By training your body to handle stress and tension in appropriate ways we can mitigate the deleterious effects of stress on our bodies. Yoga has been proven to lower cortisol levels & blood pressure as well as relieve depression and anxiety.
Eliminates "Monkey Mind"
Constantly being wrapped up in, worried about, or preoccupied with "the next thing" is one symptom of what I call "Monkey Mind." Because yoga trains you & your mind to be present and to stay focused on the task at hand, we can prevent a lot of unnecessary drama in our lives and destroy "monkey mind" with a regular & balanced practice. Being able to effectively give your all to each moment in your life can improve your self esteem.

Holley has been practicing yoga for 18 years and teaching for 2. All classes are taught in a fun, relaxed, vinyasa flow style that is appropriate for all fitness levels & body types. Duration is 45 - 60 minutes and includes a brief relaxation/meditation period. Bring water, a mat & an open mind. Wineries main gates are closed in the mornings so please use the side on entrance located on CR 802. Check in the the Lost Oak Nature & Bike & Hike Trail for latest details and weather updates.
